I have the honour to attach herewith a copy

of the GADHAR ("MUTINY") together with a precis of the translation.

seditious Newspapers which are becoming daily more common.

Besides Indian Soldiers there are of course a number of Indians employed in this Colony, and papers such as

the attached can do incalculable haria.

I have therefore the honour to request that

Your Excellency may take action with a view to the Government of

the United States of America being approached regarding the

suppression of this publication.

The enclosed is the first issue of the ne78-

-paper, and it will be seen that it is published by YUGANTAR 1910.
